What computer system can I run The Reflective Designer Showcase and what
are the system requirements?
The Showcase will run on IBM and IBM compatible
computer systems with Pentium®II or higher processor with 8 MB of RAM, 340 MB of hard disk space, a
CD-ROM disk drive, and a VGA or better Color Monitor or equilivant and
Windows 98 or higher.

What does the Showcase do?
This all-new computer graphics program
was developed to assist both the seasoned professional and window treatment
specialists just starting out. The main objective was to create a program
that covers all the major categories and that includes a huge number of
designs to allow the customer to see exactly what their window treatment
will look like. Plus, we wanted to make SHOWCASE enjoyable and EASY TO
USE. Anyone can boot up this program and start working with it right away.

Can I size the treatments to the exact dimensions
of the window?
In order to keep the integrity of
the overlaying designs the program works the best by having different
window frames to represent the dimensions for the window. At present there
is a single, double and triple window frame with a sliding door and all
treatments to cover those frames proportionally. The client can appreciate
the deign on a single window whether it is 38" or 42" wide.

Can I change color in each treatment?
As all Windows programs The Reflective
Designer Showcase could be programed to change colors but from practical
experience in using The Showcase it was decided to leave it as a black
and white picture. The value of The Showcase usually comes after the fabric
and colors are selected. It is used as a means to quickly show the client
a few designs that is appropriate. If one could change colors the client
might start to ask for different combinations to be put on the screen.
This will give no benefit in helping the closure of the sale. As a matter
of fact it will use up more valuable time and perhaps even confuse the
client making the closure of the sale more difficult.

How do I use the Showcase?
We have included a Pictorial Book
with the Showcase. This allows you to quickly look at all the designs
and choose only those that are important for the particular sale. Simply
put in the number of the design and the client will be shown the design
that is appropriate for their needs. Of course you can show as many design
combinations as you feel necessary, but you will have full control. Once
the client has seen your choices they can make a final decision or at
least help them determine the design that will let you close the sale.

Can I return the program if I decide that I don't like it?
Once the seal of the CD package is
broken the program cannot be returned. Please check the Demo first and
make sure The Reflective Designer Showcase is right for your needs.

Is The Reflective Designer Showcase complicated to set up and operate?
Absolutely not. The Showcase installs
as easily as any other Window's Program and it is as easy to use as pointing
and clicking to see each design on the screen.

Can the designs be printed?
Yes, the computer will print the
design in one of five places. By changing the up and down location numbers
on the screen you can set the printing to show on any location. Printing
is great if you don't have a lap top and want to bring designs to your
client's location and especially if you want to draw over the design to
modify it in order to be more client specific.

There are only 4 frames. Will there be additional frames and designs?
We are planning many increase designs
and frames to make the Showcase the most complete reference for design
ideas. We are especially looking forward to adding on many of the specialty
shaped windows and doors. In fact we look for the input of those who have
purchased and working with the Showcase. We can't promise to put in every
design requested, but our priority is to put in as many as possible and
really make this a program for the industry.

How costly is The Reflective
Designer Showcase?
Surprisingly The Showcase is extremely
reasonable, well below the expected cost one might expect. There are 2
packages. The full package contains over 440 designs and sells for $399.00.
The Starter Package that contains over 230 designs sells for $199.00.
During our introductory special we are offering the full package at 25%
savings or $299.00. This will be available for a limited time. We are

Can I use this program on more than one computer and more than one decorator?
The program is licensed for one user
on one computer. If you have multi-user needs please contact Joseph Barnett
for a special price consideration.

How long a wait until
I receive my program?
When all the CD's and Pictorial Books
are on hand then the package will be shipped in a couple of days of receiving
the order. When we are out of either the CD or the Pictorial book the
delivery might be delayed for 4 to 6 weeks. We will not process your credit
card or deposit your charge or check until The Showcase is ready to be
shipped.
